    Who am I?

    My name is Alexis Buryk,

    and I'm obsessed with helping people get their creativity flowing. As a multi-disciplinary artist, I know what a bummer it is to feel stuck in a creative rut. So I created these Mindful Ink workshops as a non-judgmental + laidback space for people to reconnect with themselves and their creative core in a way that feels freeing + fun.

    What will you learn?

    This Mindful Ink Writing Workshop is like a word workout for your spirit, mind, and heart. Just like a yoga class, we'll use mindfulness practices and guided writing exercises to tap into your essential language and release your creativity. Whether you're someone who loves writing but isn't always able to carve out time, or just looking for something new to do to add variety to your days, this collective experience is all about bringing focus and cultivating your expressive writing practice through art-based exercises.
